What are the benefits of having Triphala choorna. Shall I have it regularly ? I am a non diabetic, but taking tablets for BP past 1 year. Pls advice on dosage and timing. Regards.

There are so many actions of Triphala based on anupanas.... It s nt food to take regularly, if u have problems consult doctor directly & then start using as they tell..
