What is the difference between trimming of long and wide teeth's. I have very broad front two teeth's. It looks like they have taken the space of one more teeth. I feel uncomfortable while smiling. Can it be fixed . please help....

Hello.  There are many options to correct teeth that are large.  It can be done by trimming teeth to make them look smaller.  Other option is veneers.
