Pain in half face it starts from temploar region and all frontal region of left side with madibular as well as palantine region . Severe pain with little bit swelling as well and goes only after taking oxycarbemizipine , gabapebtin, and other anti covulasant. All MRI done for vascular decompression etc nothing there
