Hello Sir...I m 34 years old... weight 68 KG...Last few days I am feeling tremor in back side of my head and neck... I am feeling that inside of my head is spinning... Tingling sensation inside of my head...there is no any other symptoms...my BP is normal...

Does not appear neurological. Don’t worry, this will go away. Try doing physical exercises and pranayama.
