Tremendous Hair Loss since last 5 years.

I have been experiencing severe hair loss. At first it was falling at an average speed but now even when I'm walking around in my house I can see hair fallen all around. I do not have dandruff in my hair. My blood pressure and sugar levels are normal. Sometimes my scalp starts paining severely. I have not taken any medication related to this. I have been using a hair mask : MamaEarth BhringAmla hair mask. It didn't do any changes though. Please help me with this. This image is just a little example of my problem.
