A boil occurred on my left thigh, on the inner side a week ago. Initially not that painful but 3 days later I could see pus in the wound. I applied hot compress around the boil for two days, twice a day and also applied neosporin ointment before sleep. The wound is not getting any better and since it's on the inner thigh region, I'm having difficulty in walking and sitting. Please suggest a cure.
