I will be on international travel next week, I would like to have some medicine that will prevent me from having a bad stomach at the wrong time. Also suggest something for Gas / bloating issues. I found 2 such medicines.. Can you recommend if they are ok and frequency to take it? Bismuth Subsalicylate (Pepto-Bismol, Kaopectate) Simethicone (Gas-X)

It is highly difficult to predict and prescribe medication’s for Bat Stomach, and it’s always better that you is always better to eat hygienic food so that you weren’t land up in infection, the rest of the two medications are helpful in bloating
