From when should we avail the maternity leave if we are working? I am currently in my 23 weeks. Is it fine to avail the leave from 36 weeks as i will be having my delivery in my hometown and will it be safe to travel in train for 10 hrs during 9 month beginning. My delivery date as per last scan is on 18 aug 18
