Tratment for pitted keratolysis

Sir/madam  I have recently noticed that there are small pits on my foot . I think it is pitted keratolysis. I am using clinadamycin and nicotinamide gel base for 5 days no proper cure has taken place. The pits are growing deeper. What should I do? Does pits remain even after complete cure???
