Transgender wanting Testosterone.

I have recently come out as transgender and I was wondering about Testosterone shots. If I take testosterone, will I start producing the y-chromosome? I am actually female, and my girlfriend and I want to have a baby. Is it possible?

Whats your karryotyping? If its xx then nothing gonna change that. So making y sperms nog possible with any  treatment. She can undergo ivf or ccn adopt baby
