I have been using Malathyadi Kera Tailam for 3 years. Yet, there is no improvement . Is the tailam not efficient?

Yep just oil massage is not enough for your problem. If your scalp is scarred it needs special attention. After direction examination Ayurveda physician can decide whether it require Prachanna karma or other procedure. So visit nearby Ayurveda Doctor.
