Does TPHA value remain positive even after treatment for syphilis? I took a test in which RPR is negative, but TPHA is 1:160. I had taken 3 penicillin shots in 2018 for my infection. Now the test shows this value. Am I infected again?

Listen sometimes TPHA value shows rise in values it means , in syphilis chances og relapse always there , so suppose again same value you need to take again penicillin injection
