Getting vision dim indicates involvement of some structure of eye but there is many parts in the eye,topography of which part eg cornea,retina etc ,better consult ophthmologist to know prognosis & treatment of your disease,advice here is not sufficient without diagnosis.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  The eye is big. There are many structures in the eye, so where is the mark? Also with just this much information how can you even expect us to understand what you have? Can't you give more details?
