Medical History: Stroke - 5 years ago Diabetes - Fasting - 135 PP - 176 (Recently checked) Hypertension Chronic depression Take nerve medicines like - Prothiadian 50, Alzolam, Pregaba SR 75 I went to the dentist for a tooth extraction and he said that it is not possible and there is no alternative. What should I do to cope up with the constant pain? Dentist diagnosis - Teeth abrasion (many of them) Infection

Hi. Based on your medical history, I personally do not feel that they are an absolute contradiction to having a tooth extraction. But precaution obviously needs to be taken after the extraction as diabetes may impair post-extraction healing. If extraction really needs to be avoided/unrecommended by your medical doctor, the dentist will resort to do root canal treatment to put you out of pain.
