Hello sir, My father has a severe tooth pain which is unbearable.his age is 63.under medication for high BP and type-II diabetic. Sugar 78fbs and 103pgbs.

For now take the medication prescribed. Rx Tab Augmentin 625mg BD Tab Metrogyl 400mg TDS Tab Diclomol BD Tab Pan 40 OD Tab Ketorol DT. SOS (in case of very severe pain) Take all for 5 days

Visit your dentist as clinical and radiographical examination will give exact treatment plan It may be either removal of the affected tooth or RCT (root canal treatment)

1) T. Augmentin DUO 625, 3 times/day, total 10 tablets. 2) T. Metrogyl 400, 3 times/day,10 tablets. 3) T. Parasafe 650, only in case of mild pain, maximum 4 times/day. If doesn't relieve, T.Ketorol DT,  one tablet at a time, maximum 3 or 4 tablets per day, only if moderate to severe pain, dilute in water and consume. 1,2,3 to be consumed after food. 1 and 2 both tablets to be consumed(all 10 tablets of each, to be strickly consumed) as per instruction even if pain subsides after a few tablets. If no pain, do not take any of no. 3 medicines. 4)C.pan D, once a day, before food for 5 days.
Health Tips
Soft diet Avoid hard food. very hot cold sticky food. No extraoral hot compression or balm or ointments application. Brush twice daily, after food. T. Neurobion forte(multivitamin), once a day, after food. during medications intake, Sour curd to be consumed if loose stool experienced,, if still not relieved, T.unienzyme, twice daily after food, only if loose motion. if constipation, isobgul to be consumed.
