Sir for this i recommend you to visit a dentist as early as possible as this pain can increase terribly especially at night. And if this pain is accompanied by sensitivity to hot and cold..then it is a problem all the more. Pain killers will help but only till the time their effect is there...after 4-6 hrs it will start paining again.
