Hello. Since your tooth is paining it will require a root canal treatment or an extraction  ( if tooth is badly decayed). Visit your dentist soon. It is not advisable to take medication unless the dentist has  clinically seen the case. Happy to help. Dr Zankhana Mody Mohile
