the tooth filling has to be decided depending on cavity.There are basically two types of fillings. direct fillings : Gic and composite indirect fillings : inlay or inlay made of ceramic or metal. I would advice you visit a dentist and let him decide and give you an option out of these and then you can choose out... latest are the composite and ceramic filings and strength wise they both are good.
