A piece of tooth on my right lower jaw was broken. Now that tooth has decayed but I understand the procedure of extraction is very painful. I still want to get the same removed

If Proper anaesthetia is followed it won't be painful at all. Get a x ray done if root piece is without infection it could be saved by root canal and post & core technique.
