On Friday I was very intoxicated and managed to somehow take about 10 paracetamol tablets(500mg) by accident. It's been over 24 hours and I feel fine I'm just worried because I was drinking as well. Should I got to my doctor anyway just incase

Taking 5gm of paracetamol will cause problem after few days. You need to visit a doctor.
