Took ipill 40 hours after sex, test +ve

I had sex on 5th Nov morning and took ipill 40 hours later. I expected my period around the 17-20th but have not got it still. I'm not 100% on when I expect actually. But I took a test on the 24th morning and it came positive. I am worried and I disbelief. Should I take another test to confirm or is it likely I am pregnant.
