I have too much dandruff and it is like a colony of dandruff on my head in patches. Even I have dandruff on my ear. And it seems to be a psoriasis bacause I have read somewhere that when you get dandruff on ear it is a sign of psoriasis. Even I have black patches on my body since last 14-15years. Have visited many doctors for this but it didn't work.

Hi! Dandruff is a common occurence. It has a tendency to recur. You have to take continuous efforts to keep it at bay. 1. Shampoo hair as frequently as required. Keep the hair clean. 2. Avoid hair styling products till dandruff goes off. 3. Use anti dandruff shampoo which contains ketoconazole once or twice a week. 4.Oil clean washed hair. 5. Do not try to scrape or comb away the flakes. Be gentle with your hair and scalp. 6. Wash your combs and brushes regularly. Do not share them.
Next Steps
Visit personally for treatment. Dark patches could be due to many different reasons.
