I have to spit cough constantly as it accumulates in the back of my throat. My nose is also blocked almost all the time. My ears also make a crackling sound when I swallow. Its like I'm having a cold 24/7. What could the problem be?

There are many causes for nasal obstruction such as deviated nasal septum, chronic rhinosinusitis, allergic rhinitis, inferior turbinate hypertrophy etc. These conditions can cause post nasal discharge. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your problem
