I have been suffering from cough , not able to sleep full night , shortage of breath ,2 days back took cold water after thar started this cold , today feeling fever also

This could be due some form of infection of lower respiratory tract .....investigation: xray chest pa view,CBC,.....
Next Steps
treatment: clavam 625 mg thrice a day.... calpol 500 mg twice a day... dexona 10 mg twice a day.... aerocort inhaler 2 puffs twice a day... deriphyllin one tb twice a day..
