Every time i do my head movement , i feel nauseating and convulsions occur. This has been a frequent activity in recent days. Whom should i consult and what are possible reasons?

I would advise you to visit a neurologist so that you can be examined thoroughly and undergo investigations such as CT/MRI(if indicated), EEG, etc. to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. There are multiple causes which needs to be ruled out by examination and investigations.
