Hallo sir/madam. I am 29 year old and day before yesterday I ate chilly chowmin. Within 1 hour I was suffering from throat pain. Now the condition is not able to drink water. Kindly help . In throat I am feeling to much pain and irritation. Plz suggest some tablet.
