Hello You can start antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloaxacin 6 times daily along with lubricating eyedrop like lubrex frequently Steroid may be required depending on condition of cornea Having said that, kindly consult local ophthalmologist

Put some lubricant eye drops eg teardrops 3to 4times and antibiotics eye drops eg moxicip eye 3to 4times daily and ocupol.dx eye oint
