While I was playing shuttle I fell down then I got hit by  some sort of pointy small stone that day I just didn't apply anything From 2 days I'm applying turmaric powder nothing has changed feel like pain increasing day by day

Dear It doesn't look like a serious matter . All you need is to take analgesics for Pain even Crocin would do.
Next Steps
incase the pain doesn't subside in week or the swelling worsens you need to visit a GP for examination and prescription.
