How can i take regestrone tablets to delay my periods for 10 days..can u pls tell me the dosage n when to take..n about the side effects if any.

Tablet regesterone 5 mg twice a day to be started 1 week from your expected date of period till u want to postponed your menses.... Ones you stop tablet u ll get menses in next 3 to 4 days... U might have a lil heavy bleeding ... N may be irregular period for a month or 2 ... Regesterone is a hormonal tablet so might experience lil bit of bloating , abdominal discomfort or pain . Nausea headache
