Hello, elderly multigravida that is becoming pregnant above 35 years is not usually suggested as its considered high risk case. This is premenopausal age and medical disorder if she has any will affect the outcome of pregnancy. Her this age woman cannot bear pain and baby born could have anomalies. These are all possibilities ,if you still want to continue consult gynaecologist and with the high vigilance and care you can move on further.
