I got ecg done which shows q in II, III and aVF. Echo is normal. Got tmt done which shows negative but also mentioned significant st-t changes during exertion/recovery. Max ST Dep Lead & Avg ST value: II & -2.0 mm in standing. 9.8 METS. What does this mean? Is any further testing required? Attaching all reports. I have upper back pain (especially left shoulder) and left chest pain, on and off.

ST-T changes are normal response when you run. Its not an abnormality. ECG changes could be normal variant also. The interpretation of TMT is different. Right now, nothing suggestive of cardiac disease. So, relax.
