From last 10 days I was feeling heaviness in my stomach all the time, I feel that something is stuck in my neck, Food was not being digested property, Discomfort in night especially, vomiting in night before sleep, One day I felt that there is an immense pain in my abdomen along with chest and shoulder, I took some Pills of Gas and after 45 minutes the gas thing was gone, next day I got it checked, My SGPT in 74.9 and TLC is 12600 , now should I consult with physician or Gastro, please guide me well
