My friend feels tired all day even if she sleeps properly. Is it safe for her to take Revital like capsules ? What should be done ?

Get a cbc , tsh and FBS  to check her hemoglobin n thyroid level and sugars . one of those can be a reason for tiredness . if everything is normal she can take  bcomplex vitamin tablets .
