Tiny white bump in the eyelid

Hello doctor, My baby is 1.5years I saw a white tiny bump inside her eyelid on the lower part. It's been a week I last saw, I rechecked and the bump is still there. No side effects as such. No itchy eyes or watery eyes. Please advise if any medication is needed. Thanks & regards Riya
