Tiny Red Spots in Shaft

I have tiny non itchy red spots inside my penis shaft. I noticed it 6 months back. It was itchy at first and had penile discharge as well. Now I see spots inside non itchy. I had my HIV test done two days back and it is non reactive. Please suggest how can I remove it, which is embarassing whenever I look down.
