Hi can i ask you what and how to treat these tiny bumps on my nose? they're been in my nose for a long time. whenever i have a pimple on my nose, it'll heal first, then it'll leave a tiny bump on my nose. it doesn't hurt nor itch, it's not even reddish but it's irritating and makes my nose ugly, there are like 5 of them on my nose. i wish you could help me. it'll be gladly appreciated.
