Tiny bump on inner cheek.

Hi there, when I hover my tongue on inner cheek I can feel very tiny bump.  Size is similar to the tip of the needle, it cannot be seen by eye but yes when we streach skin or through flash light on it,it appears as a dirty white colour,it seems like due to light it shines and appear as white , it seems like it do not grows as it is there for more then 2 months. Thankyou

Hello sir,       Hope you are doing good. Please do share a picture sir. It may also be a salivary gland opening which is anatomically normal. If it is red, painful, swollen, burning during eating it should be taken care of. For further examination and confirmation please do share a photo and visit us to conclude.
