Tinnitus or vertigo or gas
Hello. When I wake up or in the middle of my day. I suddenly feel everything around me rotating and then I start to vomit and then I get heavy buzzing noise in my ear. I have consulted many doctors. Few say it is because of Migranous vertigo. Some say it is tinnitus some day it's gas. But all the medications were of no use and recently my neck pain added up to the pain.
