I had suffered from sudden hearing loss and then was given steroids with which my hearing came back to normal in 3 days Now I have tinnitus in both my ears My main question was that m taking glinko Biloba extract of mother tincture and I also want to take ashwagandha extract of the same brand. How many drops do you recommend? Currently I'm taking 6 drops of each 2 times a day Will that help me?
