I had tingling feeling in my right leg for few mins and after few hours I felt same in left leg and after few hours I felt same in my left hand. I had fever cough for past 2 days . and also had headache during cough.

H Hey, do you have diabetes mallitus ? Because tingling sensation of feet is most common presentation in  DM ,check your blood sugar levels, tingling is not because of infection.
