My YE is 120, TO is 9.1 and TSH is 5.20 and I am taking 25mcg + 12.5mcg Thyroxine

A clinical checkup will also be required along with a detailed clinical history so the best thing would be to visit dentist so that the right treatment can be suggested to you after a proper diagnosis has been established.
