I have tingling in my lips , chin and sometimes my face a little. Something is going with my ear at times feels like something is crawling in it. This is all happening on th left side. I have hard a ekg and and a CT I even went to the dentist cause it felt like maybe it had something to do with my gums. Can you please help also I have been having a headache off and on

I can't come to a specific diagnosis with the history alone. You will be required to be evaluated and undergo further investigations to find the underlying cause of the problem. I would advise you to meet a neurologist so as to get thoroughly evaluated.
