Time to jogging

Hi I have a busy schedule in day time from morning 4am to 7pm so I want to go to jogging or walking after 7 pm for 1 hr and I have living in the place where weather is below 25 during night time

No issues with jogging at 7pm also but it should not be done after any heavy meals.25 deg temp is also not a cause of worry.U seriously need to reduce weight so start as soon as possible.

Increase the time of jogging gradually. Start with 20 mins n increase 5mins every 4 days.
