hi i am pleased to see u are wanting to know about safe periode. it works if your periodes ate regular .ovulation happens 14 days prior to next expected periodes. egg is alive for24 hrs sperm is alive for 3to 5 days. so after  calcuating day of ovulation be careful from 5 days prior to that date to 2 days after the date of ovulation
