Tightness of stomach

Since yesterday I'm experiencing tightness in my upper abdomen with uneasiness and heavy breathing. Also I feel very dizzy. This can he due to the exam stress or maybe that I do not eat for a very long gap due to exams somedays. Please suggest a remedy or tell if it indicates any problem.
