Tightness in thigh
Before three weeks ago after awaken from sleep I felt tightness in my right thigh only on side part not into whole thigh I tried hot water massage and ice massage but the problem still at there I can wolk run I have no feel any pain but I feel my thigh is tight so what the problem and give me some remedies to cure it
