Tightening of legs and hand muscles

I had fever measuring 102 - 104 for last 3 days. I am taking DOLO 650 Tab 3 times a day. Now the fever is 99 - 100. But I can't walk properly because muscles of my legs and hands are stretched and it's paining when I walk. I am also not able to eat properly. I only want to sleep whole the time. Please help and guide. Regards
