Dear Drs I'm located in Bangalore , my problem is I have tight neck muscles( located back of neck) , whenever I look down I could feel a painful and tight neck muscles like a string being pulled out of its extent ,, I'm sure that it's nothing to do with nerves coz I've been to neurologist and made tests which confirmed it,, pls let me know ,thnks
