Tight foreskin issue

I have tight foreskin. I pulled foreskin back to the penis head and successful got infront like it stays normally. (I pulled back skin first time just last week)But while it's erect I feel like a rubber band around there and while pulling back in erection the foreskin squeezes penis head little bit. I don't know if this is normal or not.. I might need some stretching exercises and cream to loosen the foreskin. Please help me with the issue.
