I am M22. I haven't had intercourse yet and i have an uncircumcised penis. However, it is very difficult for me to retract my forehead all the way to reveal the penis head. I would say it is irritating/mildly painful if i try to retract it. Is it normal? Should i be concerned? Kindly suggest. Thank you.
